Victoria McCann, BA (Hons), MSc, is Communications Director at Castle Health, including Castle Craig and Smarmore Castle Private Clinic, Ireland and is responsible for overseeing the communications and marketing department. Victoria also contributes strategic guidance as Director of Stockholms Beroendeklinik and Castle Health. Since 2007, Victoria has led the marketing and communications strategy for Castle Craig. Her work includes outreach to patients, families, and clinical referrers. She also oversees promotion of key events, including international conferences and the annual alumni reunions. She is also actively involved in enhancing the patient experience by working closely with departments across Castle Craig and Smarmore Castle to support cohesive, compassionate care. Victoria holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and an MSc in Public Relations from the University of Stirling. She began her career in international PR agencies in London and has lived and worked in London, Spain, and Switzerland. As a member of the McCann family who founded Castle Craig, Victoria remains deeply committed to the organisation’s mission.
