Sonya Singleton

Sonya is from Cork, Ireland and has an honours degree (BSc) in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

She also has a diploma in Drugs/Alcohol Counselling Theory and Intervention Skills, and has worked as an Aftercare Facilitator for an addiction centre in Cork for several years. Sonya currently runs her own private practice and also works with a Prison Aftercare Organisation, helping clients to integrate into society after a prison sentence.

Sonya also facilitates a Group Therapy Process Group that runs fortnightly for the year for 3 hours, helping clients to process their issues and behaviours in a group setting. She does some work with an Organisation in Cork that helps people detox and are trying to get into treatment for addiction.

She has training in Couples Therapy, guiding couples through some of their relational issues.
