Dominic McCann

Dominic is CEO of the Castle Health Group, incorporating Castle Craig in Scotland, Smarmore Castle in Ireland, Beroendekliniken in Sweden, and Castle Health’s outpatient services across the UK.

A member of the McCann family who founded Clouds House and Castle Craig, Dominic joined Castle Craig in 2009 as Development Manager and was appointed as a Director in 2015.

As CEO, Dominic has overseen the ongoing development of Castle Craig and the launch of new services for the Group in Ireland (2015), Sweden (2021) and London (2022).

In 2018, he led a successful campaign to highlight abuses of the Google Ads platform and other unethical business practices in the sector.

 Prior to joining Castle Health, Dominic previously spent several years working with charities in the UK, Eastern Europe, and Africa.

This work encompassed working with children’s charities, adults and children with learning disabilities, disaster relief and development, NGO resource building and primary healthcare services.
